NACHSA has written a letter to Congress urging support for the bipartisan Strengthening State and Tribal Child Support Enforcement Act (HR 7906). The bill is supported by NACo, NCSL, APHSA and all the national child support groups. NACHSA urges counties to ask House members to cosponsor the measure. A sample template is here.
